Habit stacking

The concept of habit stacking is a set of habits, a script of your morning routine to make sure you get the most of your morning and to win the day.

Habit stacking is a concept of sticking a new habit to a current one, for example, when you’re brushing your teeth you can read 2 pages right after doing it. You’re more likely to develop a new habit on top of an old one because your brain has lots of synaptic connections for that habit to run it on autopilot.
