A challenge set by Andy Frisella, the rules are:
- Follow a diet
- [2] 45 min workouts (indoor/outdoor)
- Take a progressive pic
- 1 gallon of water
- 10 pages of reading
I started on 5/14 and completed on 7/27. The results are:
- 6,750+ minutes of workouts
- 75+ gallons of water
- 750+ pages read (2+ books)
- 11 lbs loss
- 3% body fat loss
