Completed #75hard challenged today

A challenge set by Andy Frisella, the rules are:

  • Follow a diet
  • [2] 45 min workouts (indoor/outdoor)
  • Take a progressive pic
  • 1 gallon of water
  • 10 pages of reading

I started on 5/14 and completed on 7/27. The results are:

  • 6,750+ minutes of workouts
  • 75+ gallons of water
  • 750+ pages read (2+ books)
  • 11 lbs loss
  • 3% body fat loss
